Find
a comfortable quiet place. Sit or recline with your feet slightly
apart and hands folded together. Think of something, or someone,
that you loved very much as a child; an animal, a friend or a familymember.
You can also think of a special place, that you liked
as a child. When you
have settled in close your eyes, and gently look at a
spot between the eye brows and slightly up a bit, gently. This
is a spiritual door, a divine bridge between
yourself, and Spirit.
In
a relaxed way, singing with love, gently,
the word HU. This is pronounced
like the man's name Hugh. HU is
an ancient name for God and it was taught
secretly for thousands of years. It is a lovesong to God. It has
a very high vibration, is elevating and bestowshealing energy upon
the user. It is a direct link to Spirit.
Sing
HU, for 5 or 10 minutes. When you find
yourself in a more relaxed state,
picture a River, The River Of Light And Sound.
The River is made
of Light yet it feels warm to the touch. It is
not very wide, or
very deep. The River runs through all the
worlds of God. There is
nothing here, but the River, and its bank. Sit on the
bank, and gently let your feet
touch the water. This River is a part of theSource the place of Love that
we all came from.
Sometimes
a Spiritual Traveler, a Master will join you by the River.
This could be a Divine spiritual teacher
like: Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha, or
someone else, according to your beliefs.
If you imagine a Saint or Spiritual
Traveler, and they come, you may speak with them,
and ask questions, if you like.
During
The River Of Light And Sound exercise, some people
hear high pitched sounds, and see soft
flashes of light. Light and Sound are
the Twin aspects of The Holy Spirit that we can experience. If you
have an experience, realize that
this is a Blessing. Some people meditate for years
to gain this kind of experience, to gain a connection to Spirit.
The
River Of Light And Sound spiritual exercise is
both healing, and uplifting. It is non-denominational
and it can be used by anyone, regardless of
their beliefs, or religious affiliations. It is universal.Feel free
to share this meditation exercise with others.
