"Being" At Peace In Your Own Skin

"Billions of people each day go about their lives, not comfortable with themselves, or even in their own skin.  The programmed mind continually takes you away from your identity and your true self, and repeats patterns that you learned in your childhood home.  The mind is a machine that was programmed by others in your childhood, and the mind lives in the painful past, and the uncertain future.  The mind does not exist in the present.  You do.  Your job, as Soul, is to heal your past and to live the life that you desire.  God wants you to live your dreams, and for you to be happy.  You want to live your dreams and to be happy.  Yet, the mind takes you away from your self love, your peace, and your joy.  You must ask yourself, what is the solution to this ancient problem.

Within the confines of the mind is pain and suffering, and old painful memories.  You will find yourself doing negative things to others, saying things to them, that are in you, but not of you.  You will make mistakes, and you will negate yourself on a daily basis.  You might even spend most of your life believing that you are your thoughts, the brain washing that you carry from others. 

Find ways to live now.  Heal your past, and then do not dwell on the past, or worrying about your future.  Find ways to accept yourself, and to live your life in the present Now.  Heaven and Hell are states of consciousness.  Hell exists only in the torture of the mind.  But, Heaven exists here, right now, and within you. Prayer, meditation, and alternative counseling are 3 ways to rid yourself of the past, and to learn to take control of the mind again.  It will not happen overnight.  But, it will happen ..."
