Every adult on the planet struggles with the same thing every day of their life.  They struggle with the wrong thoughts and feelings that they carry within them, from their childhood.  These patterns of thought and feeling cause you to have doubts, fears, and regrets.  They cause you to worry about what might happen in your future, and they tell you every day that you are less then what you really are.  These mental thoughts are like heavy metal chains that hold you back in life, and they block you from finding true love, or having a loving relationship, and from being successful.  Worse of all, they make you feel bad about yourself.  The mind is filled with lies, and this first session begins to remove the blocks in your mind, and to show you the positive Self that is already inside of you.

"Everyone on the planet has a programmed mind, that was programmed by people other then themselves.  Your parents minds, programmed your mind.  That means, the information in your subconscious mind is erroneous, and very little of it has anything to do with you as an individual. 

You carry wrong beliefs about yourself and others, that come from your parents views of you, and of life.  If they feared not having enough money, they subconsciously passed their poverty consciousness views on to you.  If they constantly fought with one another, they showed you how to have bad relationships.  If they thought you were incapable, you might have great struggles in achieving any form of success.  If they thought you were weak, you might find yourself very dependent upon them.  If they had bad tempers, you can now understand where yours comes from.   If they were victims, then you might often fall into pools of self pity.  If they obsessed over bad health issues, you will have a hypochondriac pattern and many fears about your health.  If they were addicted to drugs or alcohol, again you will carry their pattern.  The questions is, how will you respond to what you carry within you?

The programmed mind is only a machine, and one that can be changed for the better.  Part of your journey to know God is based upon the fact that you will need to heal the wrong beliefs about yourself, and others, you must heal your prejudices and habits.  You will need to heal patterns of behavior that you do not agree with.  And, you will need to learn to be in the present moment, something your parents did not even understand.

How can you create a healthier mind?  Part of it is spiritual based, by learning the various methods of meditation and spiritual contemplation.  Part of your journey to self realization will involve serious personal growth work.  And, the last, and most important part, will be in learning to stay awake and aware in the present moment, something that your mind continually takes you away from.. 

No part of the journey to peace and freedom is easy.  But, if you do not do the work, you will come to know your true self.  You will, in fact, break the chains of subconscious mind patterns that have come down your family tree for thousands of years.  The question is, will you take the challenge ..."
