If it were easy, you would
all be there, siting at home, peaceful, knowing that all of your debts
have been paid. The main problem with debt, is the fear that people
attach to it, and yes, fear is energy that can make the debt worse.
If you are seeking a meditation to help you to deal with your debt and
fear, you have come to the right place. Follow the meditation exercise
below, and use it daily for 1 week. It will help you to work through
the negative fears that keep you attracting debt and your money problems.
Try the exercise for 7 days, and see if you don't feel better, and in more
control of your money issue. Heal your fears of bills and debt, and
you will soon learn to attract more wealth. Those who have used this
method, saw great results. You can too. Remember, you attract
in life in accordance to what you carry within you. If you deal with
fears, you leave more room to take control of your money issues, and you
will develop ways to heal the debt. Read on.
The Bills Meditation
This meditation exercise
takes about 5 minutes. If healing your debt is worth 5 minutes a
day to you, read on. Find a place where you will not be disturbed.
Sit comfortably in a chair, with your feet flat on the floor. Check
your body for any tension, and remind yourself to just let go. Breathe
deeply 3 times, and each time remind yourself, that it is OK to just relax
and to be calm. If your mind chimes in, just let it be, and go about
allowing yourself to be calm.
With your eyes closed, ask
God, Spirit, or whatever you whatever you believe created the universe,
to bring you calm and peace. For these moments, just let the world
take care of itself.
Inwardly, see an old desk
right in front of you within reach with a small pile of your bills on it.
There is nothing else on the desk, but the bills. You know that you
don't like looking at them, but just for a moment, just feel how the bills
make you feel. You might feel: lost, out of control, and afraid that
the bills will never get paid. Whatever you think about your bills,
just allow your mind to think about the same things right now. Go
over how you feel about your debt, and let the fears surface. Look
at the bills, and allow the fear and thoughts to surface for 3 rounds.
This will take only a couple of minutes to do.
Next, see within hovering
over the desk, a soccer ball size small ball of Light. It makes you
feel more comfortable, just to know that it is there. Allow the light
from the ball, to light up the room, and the entire desk, including the
bills. Allow yourself feel comfortable with this Light.
Next, put your hands on the
pill of bills, and begin to form them into a small ball of paper.
Keep compressing them, and pushing on them, and soon the small ball of
paper, gets smaller. Every time to push on the ball with your hands,
it gets smaller, and smaller, and in a minute, it is so small that the
ball completely disappears. With all of the debt gone, you feel more
relaxed. You feel like you have control of your life; and you feel
like you can create a better life for yourself.
The ball of Light is still
suspended over the desk. Allow it to stay there, and bring power
and wisdom to you. Take a few long slow breathes, wiggle your toes, and
come back to the room.
Each time that you do this
exercise, you will be taking back more of your money power. You will
find ways to stop creating debt, and you will find new ways to heal what
you have. Most of all, you will learn not to be afraid of bills,
and you will feel more empowered to create the kind of life that you really
want.
