Multi Radiance Technology

Multi Radiance Technology
(MRT) is comprised of multiple therapeutic radiances synergistically working
together for an optimal biological response at the cellular level. MRT
features a unique combination of four radiances creating the perfect environment
for optimal pain relief and accelerated healing. MRT is exclusive to Multi
Radiance Medical and cannot be found in other laser therapy devices or

a pulse at billionths of a second. Combined with 25,000 mW of peak power,

deeper into the target tissue, without the risk of burning the tissue.
The foundation of Multi Radiance
Technology:
1. Super
Pulsed Laser (905nm) produces a high power level of impulse
light at a billionth of a second. It is the high power during each pulse
that drives the photons, or light energy, to the target tissue, up to 10—13cm
(4—5 inches) deep. The TerraQuant’s high peak power of up to 25,000mW creates
a higher photon density, delivering the highest concentration of photons
for healing and providing the deepest tissue penetration. Super pulsed
laser strongly influences pain reduction, the improvement of microcirculation
and increases cell metabolism in the form of ATP production.
2. Pulsed
Broad Band Infrared Emitting Diodes (875nm) penetrate shallower
tissue depths than the laser but provide an overall broader spectrum, when
compared to laser radiation, by gently heating the surface tissue layer.
3. Pulsed
Red Light (660nm) penetrates shallower tissue depth and has
beneficial anti-inflammatory effects.
4. Static
Magnetic Field keeps ionized molecules
of tissue in a dissociated stage, enhancing the energy potential at the
molecular and cellular levels.
Working synergistically,
the multiple radiances of the Multi Radiance Technology creates the optimal
biological environment for accelerated healing and pain relief. The use
of the preset frequencies, allows clinicians to control the depth of the
therapeutic energy from the surface up to 13 cm (5 inches) deep.

The goal of laser therapy
is to deliver light energy units from infrared laser radiation, called
photons, to damaged cells. The consensus of experts is that photons absorbed
by the cells through laser therapy stimuate the mitochondria to accelerate
production of ATP. This biochemical increase in cell energy is used to

The SE25 is the core of the
entire TerraQuant© system; it combines 3 different light wavelengths
and a static magnetic field to provide complete spectral irradiance. The
most versatile and powerful of the single laser diode emitter’s, the super
pulsed laser produces 25W of peak laser power. The design of the emitter
allows for the use of hand free application via the emitter armature (sold
separately) and the lens is removable to allow sterilization and the use
of additional Photoprobe Adapters (sold separately) to change power density
and spot diameter to suit a wide variety of conditions and situations without
the purchase of additional emitter’s. |
